Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles within Cloudbeds.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
