    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles within Cloudbeds.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with HR and other teams to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Talent Partner or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
