CSCEC Middle East is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer (MEP) to join our MEP Team in a High Rise Tower Project in Dubai. This role involves reviewing MEP designs, coordinating shop drawings, ensuring technical compliance, and providing guidance to site supervisors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand MEP design drawings, specifications, and IFC documents.
- Coordinate MEP shop drawings and ensure timely submission and approvals.
- Verify and validate material submittals against project requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure technical compliance of site activities with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to site supervisors and subcontractors for installation activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and BMS.
- Experience in coordinating MEP works with structural, architectural, and civil teams.
