Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture within the team. Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design, preferably within a software development environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, including Web2 and Web3 experience. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility. Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
