Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menu information and recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and manage cashiering tasks using the MICROS system.
• Oversee section operations and collect guest feedback to improve service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and prepare service areas according to hygiene standards.
• Uphold Jumeirah’s standards of excellence in all aspects of service.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or beach club.
• Proficient in English and desirable fluency in Russian or a European language.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong F&B background.
