Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior support teams when necessary.
- Document all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
- Guide users through problem-solving steps and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Desk Analyst or in a similar IT support role (5 Year+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
