Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior support teams when necessary.
  • Document all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Guide users through problem-solving steps and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Analyst or in a similar IT support role (5 Year+ preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
