    Key Responsibilities

    • Triage and resolve incidents or service requests raised to the Service Desk.
    • Meet service level agreements to ensure timely resolution of all tickets.
    • Document and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved within the Service Desk.
    • Use various software tools to troubleshoot issues and keep current with changes in technology.
    • Create and maintain knowledge articles for common incidents and service requests.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a skilled IT service desk or similar technical support role.
    • Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and prioritize activities.
    • Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
