Job Overview

Heidelberg Marriott Hotel is seeking a Service Employee (m/f/d) to provide exceptional food and beverage service. This role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to a professional and friendly team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages at breakfast, restaurant, and events
• Prepare mise en place for service operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (“clean as you go”)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Be a point of contact for guests regarding food and beverage inquiries

Job Requirements

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, or prior relevant experience
• Passion for the hotel and service industry
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Team-oriented, friendly, and proactive
