Job Overview
The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, inspection, repair, and Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of office Imaging Products at the customer site. Provide supervisory and technical support to customers regarding technical problems and ensure the Optimum Customer Satisfaction. Attend the Service Calls within committed Response Time.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of office imaging products.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding technical problems.
- Attend service calls within committed response time.
- Maintain good rapport with IT Administrators, Machine In-charge & Operators.
- Write technical reports, recording customer complaints.
- Provide training to customers during installation of new equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Equivalent.
