    Smith+Nephew is seeking a Service Marketing Intern to join our Emerging Markets Service Organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service portfolio management, install base analytics, and marketing campaign execution across multiple geographies. As a Service Marketing Intern, you will support our commercial service growth strategy and collaborate with teams across Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build simple dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to track the service install base.
    • Prepare data for monthly and quarterly service performance reviews.
    • Maintain and update the Service Portfolio catalog and contract tiers.
    • Support SKU documentation, pricing updates, and product lifecycle tracking.
    • Benchmark competitor service offerings and summarize key insights.
    • Assist with marketing campaigns (emails, flyers, events) to promote service offerings.

    Requirements

    • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning) and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of AI and no-code tools is a plus.
