The ideal candidate will have a mechanical craft certificate or equivalent and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in operations according to customer’s requirements.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on offshore equipment.
- Market services and products, including Remedial and Abandonment, Wellbore Cleanup, and Drilling Tool Rental.
- Maintain and develop good relations with customers and suppliers.
- Delegate, motivate, and communicate clearly in daily work.
- Ensure all activities are performed according to relevant HSE requirements and procedures.
Requirements
- Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive.
- Mechanical craft certificate or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years’ experience as Service Supervisor.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid offshore safety/survival course and seafarer’s medical certificate.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills.
