Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.
- Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript, Angular, and REST APIs.
- Perform system administration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
