Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the resort’s Surveillance team in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This role involves assisting in Gaming Surveillance Room operations, assigning tasks to the team, and maintaining the administrative responsibilities of the shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Gaming Surveillance Room operations and assign tasks to the team.
- Maintain administrative responsibilities for the shift and set a good example for the team.
- Assist in scheduling, shift changes, and ensuring adequate staffing.
- Help coordinate team training on surveillance practices, regulatory changes, and security threats.
- Review incident reports, ensure accuracy, and escalate significant issues to senior management.
- Monitor casino gaming areas and detect suspicious behaviors, ensuring prompt intervention.
Requirements
- Sound understanding of game protection principles and casino mathematics.
- Ability to observe and interpret subtle behaviors and potential risks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
- Thorough knowledge of all regulations and strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to rapidly evolving situations.
- Ability to professionally read, write, and speak English.
