Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of shipping operations, including documentation and customs procedures.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in shipping and logistics.
- Support business development activities related to transportation and supply chain solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of international trade terms and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
