Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the showroom to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for EXEED’s premium vehicle lineup.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Monitor inventory, conduct regular sales reporting, and analyze market trends.
  • Maintain the highest standards of showroom presentation and vehicle display.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in automotive sales management, preferably with premium brands.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, sales processes, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
