Key Responsibilities
- Oversee civil construction and site activities in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage building services installations (LSP, HVAC, firefighting, cranes, plumbing).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and O/E and maintain records.
- Implement and maintain QA/QC systems and construction documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, variations, and support claims management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Manager on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of Civil & Building Services / MEP coordination.
- Experience with Transco / TAQA projects (mandatory).
- Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
