Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of construction site activities.
- Support senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and document daily activities.
- Collaborate with site teams to resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Participate in site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering drawings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic engineering principles and construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in basic CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
