Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and strict health & safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to specified quality parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within the hospitality construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools such as AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills on site.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding construction environment.
