Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and regular progress updates.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve engineering issues or discrepancies that arise on-site promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant engineering codes, company policies, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with 5+ years in fluid management or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and industry regulations.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic site environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to upholding high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental protection.
