Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute construction activities as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Verify material deliveries, usage, and site inventory.
• Assist in setting out works, level checks, and measurements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of site experience (construction/interior/MEP as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
