Key Responsibilities
- Handling Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and measurements accurately.
- Coordinating procurement, including placing orders efficiently.
- Conducting thorough site inspections and ensuring quality follow-up.
- Managing multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in fit-out works.
- Capability to support multiple concurrent small to medium-sized projects.
- Practical, proactive, and site-oriented approach.
- Must reside in Dubai; daily commutes from Sharjah are not sustainable.
- Flexibility to work across different sites within Dubai.
