Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site geotechnical and ground improvement activities.
- Implement ground improvement works including soil stabilization and vibro-compaction.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collect, record, and report geotechnical data from site investigations.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for smooth execution.
- Support the preparation of site reports and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in dredging and civil marine projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of soil stabilization, vibro-compaction, and stone columns.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
