Key Responsibilities
- Manage site execution from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Lead a site team and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Monitor progress, conduct weekly reviews, and support commercial claims and variations.
- Uphold the highest HSE and quality standards across site activities.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate your construction team.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (BEng, BTEC, ND)
- 10+ years’ construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in luxury fit-out.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with contract law, project scheduling, and fit-out execution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
