Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site operations for events and exhibitions from setup to dismantling.
- Manage and coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and event staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, venue policies, and quality standards.
- Handle logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently for all event components.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement effective solutions swiftly.
- Provide clear leadership and supervision to the event execution team to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event or exhibition management/supervision roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of local regulations and venue requirements in the UAE is highly beneficial.
