Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all material requirements for heavy oil projects.
  • Manage on-site inventory, receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Liaise with procurement, project management, and construction teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate material records, reports, and documentation.
  • Implement and adhere to company and and site safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Materials Coordinator, preferably in heavy oil or pipeline construction.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding site environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
