Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, supervise trades, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with HSE procedures.
• Carry out quality control inspections and verify workmanship.
• Control materials and logistics, track deliveries, and minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare daily progress reports, and communicate updates.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and client representatives to resolve site issues.

Requirements

• Proven on-site supervision experience on building/construction projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural/MEP drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with site reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
• NEBOSH or IOSH safety certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
