Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site traffic operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific traffic management plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with local traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and construction teams on traffic logistics.
• Control site access, egress, and movement of heavy vehicles and personnel.
• Provide guidance and training to site staff on traffic safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site traffic management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of traffic control devices, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive traffic management plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
