    Job Overview

    Kayzin Talent Partner (on behalf of a leading wellness & lifestyle brand) seeks a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager in Dubai
    to lead global channel launches and growth across the UAE, KSA, and UK. You’ll own strategy, content, and engagement for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
    and more—working closely with creative, performance, and influencer teams to build an influential, English-first global community.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute global social strategies for UAE, KSA, and UK expansion.
    • Manage daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (and other platforms).
    • Create or brief visually striking campaigns, short-form videos, and influencer collaborations.
    • Analyze insights and performance data to improve engagement and reach.
    • Maintain a consistent global brand identity while localizing for each market.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align social with marketing and commercial goals.

    Requirements

    • 4–6 years managing social for consumer brands (beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or fashion).
    • Proven success running channels with hundreds of thousands to millions of followers.
    • Strong social storytelling, trend awareness, and engagement tactics.
    • Highly creative and analytical; experienced with high-performance content ecosystems.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage (for subtitled/localized ads).
    • Direct brand-side experience required (agency-only backgrounds not considered).
    • Office-based role; presence required during working hours.
