Key Responsibilities
- Manage and curate the wine selection for our restaurant and bar.
- Provide expert wine recommendations to members and guests.
- Conduct wine tastings and educational events.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of wines.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to pair wines with food menus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Certification from a recognized Sommelier organization is a plus.
