Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize market intelligence and data to inform effective sourcing strategies and candidate outreach.
• Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics to continuously optimize recruitment efforts.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through the entire sourcing process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong proficiency with various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and other creative methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a fast-paced team.
• Data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze sourcing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
