Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and taste.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation, and minimize food waste.
• Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Contribute to menu planning and the development of new culinary offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership culinary role.
• Strong command of various cooking techniques and international cuisine.
• Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Creativity, passion for gastronomy, and attention to detail.
