Key Responsibilities

• Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software.
• Confirm scheduled services with guests and answer inquiries about available services.
• Update reservations/cancellations lists and inform providers of last-minute changes.
• Check in guests for appointments, confirm details, and provide spa orientation.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services to guests.
• Process guest payments for spa/salon services and manage cash tips.

Requirements
