Job Overview

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the movement of interfiled personnel and materials for all offshore locations using Company’s Aviation and Marine resources. To ensure the most effective utilization method of transportation, to ensure that these activities are carried out safely and efficiently meeting management expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan transportation methods utilizing marine and aviation resources effectively.
• Supervise flight schedules and passenger in-field movement plans.
• Control passenger in-field movement operations and coordinate with users.
• Supervise team and contracted personnel involved in aviation and marine movements.
• Ensure all guidelines and operation instructions are met by subordinates and service providers.
• Coordinate receipt, dispatch, storage, and forwarding of sea and air freight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Marine, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 8-9 years of experience in similar air traffic operations, preferably in oil & gas.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good knowledge of English and Arabic languages.
