Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operational support for CPX partners.
- Contribute to onboarding processes and training for new partners.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and partners.
- Support the development and implementation of partner programs.
- Help resolve partner inquiries and operational challenges efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cyber or physical security concepts is advantageous.
