Julphar is seeking a dedicated Specialist – Tech Transfer to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the transfer of technology, processes, and products from R&D to manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality requirements during tech transfer activities.
• Develop, implement, and optimize robust tech transfer protocols and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes post-transfer.
• Provide expert technical support and training to production staff for new processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology transfer within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
