Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural components for various projects.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Perform structural calculations, prepare detailed drawings, and review technical documents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with other engineering disciplines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant international engineering codes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven contract environment.
