Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and goals.

- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies for retention.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance overall customer experience.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring their success with the Jobgether platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and value-driven engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and organization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and the remote job market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
