Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR administration, payroll processing, and employee record management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle administrative operations, office management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
