Key Responsibilities

- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality team.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
