Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the delivery platform.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog of product features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impactful products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation, through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to a strong product culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a significant portion in a senior role, preferably within tech, e-commerce, or delivery platforms.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
