Job Overview

Denara Group is hiring a full-time, hybrid Sr. Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager in Dubai to architect a WealthTech brand’s digital presence across the UAE and GCC.
You’ll own social and influencer channels end-to-end—partnering with the CMO, product, and marketing teams—to drive brand awareness, community growth, and measurable business impact in a highly dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media (70%): Build and execute multi-platform strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X); plan calendars; adapt content to UAE/GCC cultural trends; launch UGC programs; manage Arabic localization.
  • Influencer Marketing (30%): Source and manage GCC creators in finance, business, and lifestyle; run activations; negotiate and track KPIs; build ambassador networks aligned to acquisition, retention, and LTV.
  • Collaboration: Brief designers and copywriters; manage workflows, approvals, and on-time delivery.
  • Analytics: Track reach, engagement, growth, and influencer ROI; deliver weekly and monthly reports and optimizations.
  • Market/Compliance: Monitor GCC digital and WealthTech trends; ensure alignment with UAE best practices and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in social media and influencer marketing roles (fintech or related); pre-launch/launch experience a plus.
  • GCC market experience or deep understanding preferred; fluent in English, Arabic a plus.
  • Tools: Hootsuite, Semrush, HubSpot, Notion, Figma, Canva, Modash/Upfluence, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney).
  • High ownership, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multi-stakeholder projects.
