Key Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care within the Day Surgery Unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess recovery progress, and identify any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a sterile and safe environment for all surgical procedures and patient recovery.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a relevant nursing diploma.
- Valid nursing license/registration in home country or eligibility for UAE licensure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and ethical nursing practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
