Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients in ICU, HDU, and LTCU units.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and accurately document all observations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist with life support interventions when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license or eligibility for licensure in the United Arab Emirates.
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
