Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients in ICU, HDU, and LTCU units.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and accurately document all observations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment procedures, and discharge instructions.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist with life support interventions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Valid nursing license or eligibility for licensure in the United Arab Emirates.
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of critical care nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
