Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Deel’s global onboarding experience.
• Identify user needs and market opportunities to enhance new user activation and retention.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of onboarding initiatives.
• Conduct A/B tests and user research to iterate on product features.
• Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on onboarding or user experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and global HR/payroll processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment.
