Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process travel bookings for Etihad staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
• Handle inquiries and provide support related to staff travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate travel logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of all staff travel activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff travellers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel agent, preferably in an airline setting.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant travel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in travel/tourism is a plus.
