Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Control lot and expiry dates using FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
- Analyze inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate inventory reporting with Operations and Finance teams.
- Ensure alignment between physical stock, LFS (WMS), and Oracle NetSuite (ERP).
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in structured distribution warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and LFS as a WMS.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Solid analytical capabilities.
- Experience in food/FMCG environments and multi-temperature warehouses (a plus).
