Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products across various categories.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to help achieve sales targets.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product displays, and maintaining overall store appearance.
- Process payments accurately and handle daily cash reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail (mandatory).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
