Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound activities for customer orders and shipments.
- Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders.
- Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis.
- Assist in stock counts and inventories and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and AWB creation with logistics partners.
- Support returns/exchanges and maintain accurate records on SAP/ERP.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
