Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the entire store team.
- Create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Track brand performance, review stock levels, and monitor best sellers and slow-moving stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coach, train, and mentor the store teams to enhance customer service levels.
- Plan, organize, and execute in-store processes including cash intake and handling, and stock-take administration management.
Requirements
- 4 – 5 years’ industry experience with Managerial Background experience.
- Proven record of maximizing business performance.
- Good understanding of main customer segments.
- Ability to identify critical paths and proactively convene the right stakeholders.
- Ability to make hard decisions and delegate effectively.
