Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the store team.
- Create innovative approaches to attract new customers and expand store traffic.
- Track brand performance, reviewing stock levels and monitoring best sellers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coach, train, and mentor store teams to enhance customer service levels.
- Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments.
Requirements
- 4 – 5 years’ industry experience with Managerial Background.
- A proven record of maximizing business performance.
- Good understanding of main customer segments.
- Identifies critical paths and proactively convenes the right stakeholders.
