Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Business: Lead by example, communicate brand values, define and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide a clear vision, recruit and develop strong talents, create a positive work environment, and act as a coach for team members.
- Customer Experience: Develop the omnichannel mindset, use clienteling approaches, recruit new clients, and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to sales and operational policies and procedures, process e-commerce orders within SLAs, and leverage available technology tools.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in fashion retail, ready to step into a Store Manager role and based in the UAE.
- People-focused approach, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong commercial mindset, confident in reading KPIs, understanding business performance, and taking actions that drive results.
- Genuine passion for fashion and client experience, comfortable leading styling conversations and being present on the shop floor.
